Detailed bulletinLooking for an adrenaline-packed mountain adventure? Head to Le Crêt du Loup in La Clusaz and enjoy a thrilling 3 km downhill kart ride, combining driving fun, excitement, and breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range.
Designed for teenagers and their parents, this activity puts you in control of an all-terrain kart for an action-packed descent featuring banked turns, flowing sections, and straight stretches where speed quickly builds up. The kart responds instantly to your movements, you're in charge of the pace!
The track follows the 4x4 trail of the Dahu Slope, offering spectacular views of the Aravis mountains that unfold around every bend.
The mountains are authentic, and so is the karting experience: expect dust in dry weather and possible mud after rain. Helmets are mandatory, and suitable clothing is strongly recommended. We advise against wearing light-coloured or delicate clothing. Bring an extra layer for the cooler temperatures at altitude and be prepared to get a little dusty, it's all part of the adventure!
Meet at the Crêt du Merle main ticket office to collect your passes. Then take the Crêt du Merle chairlift and pick up your helmet and kart at the Crêt du Loup chairlift departure hut (a valid ID will be required as a deposit).
Our team will provide a safety briefing before you head to the top by chairlift.
Once at the summit, the adventure begins: more than 3 km of twists, turns, flowing sections and stunning mountain scenery all the way down.
Please note that the activity takes place on a shared mountain trail. Wearing a helmet is mandatory, and maintaining control of your speed and trajectory is essential at all times.
At the bottom, take the chairlift back up and enjoy the panoramic terrace of Le Balcon des Aravis, along with the other summit activities: the giant swing La Bascule, food and drink facilities, and hiking trails.
9:40 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm (last departure).
