The
beginner pass
Give your children their first taste of skiing with complete peace of mind!
With the BEGINNER PASS, your children will enjoy privileged access to areas specially designed to help them learn to ski in the best possible conditions.
5 OR 6-DAY BEGINNER PASS: only €99.00 (excluding the €2 Ski'Card).
Offer reserved for skiers under 12 years old, enrolled in group beginner lessons offered by La Clusaz ski schools.
How does it work?
- Enrol your child in a group beginner lesson at one of La Clusaz's ski schools (ESF, ESI or évolution2).
- Book the beginner pass directly through the ski school when registering for the lessons.

The lifts included in the Beginner Pass are indicated by a small pink icon on the piste map. These are: Beauregard gondola; Aiglons, Etoile des Neiges, Ceutire and Riffroids chairlifts; Bossonnet gondola-chairlift; Grenêche and P’tit Loup chairlifts; P’tit Bossonnet, Nant and Champ Bleu drag lifts; Etale gondola-chairlift, U’Fredy chairlift (free); Etrivaz chairlift; Mèlèzes magic carpet.
The pass is valid all day on the same dates as the lessons.
the "Village" points card
We offer a points card giving you access to most of the beginner slopes from the village (see the list of eligible lifts below).
The "Village" points card is valid for the entire 2025-2026 winter season. The card is not nominative and can be shared between several people. It’s the perfect deal for beginners!

The system is simple! Your card is loaded with a certain number of points, which are deducted each time you use a lift:

the "Beauregard" points card
At the top of the Beauregard gondola, there is a beginner area. A points card is available on site, at the bottom of the "Etoile des Neiges" drag lift, priced at €13 for 13 points or €21 for 24 points.
