C'est de la neige qui tombe au-dessus de 500 mètres. À la tombée du jour, vent s'établissant au Sud-Sud-Est modéré, en basse vallée de l'Arve et Léman. Cette nuit: La soirée est nuageuse. Elle est entrecoupée de rares averses et de timides éclaircies. Quelques brumes drapent les endroits les plus humides, très localement. Elles se dissipent vers minuit. La seconde partie de nuit est grise, avec toujours quelques averses. C'est de la neige qui tombe au-dessus de 400 mètres. En cours de nuit, vent de Sud-Sud-Est soufflant modérément, en basse vallée de l'Arve et Léman ; puis atténuation.

The doctor's initial medical certificate specifying the nature of the injuries, and whether or not there is an inability to ski.
The certificate confirming any action undertaken by any other party who provides assistance, specifying the reason for the action.
A copy of your social security system card or certificate.
A copy of your Mutual benefit association card.
