Les toutes dernières averses tombent après le goûter. La limite pluie-neige se situe au plus bas à 2350 mètres. Ensuite, de belles éclaircies se dessinent. Vent de Nord à Nord-Ouest modéré, en plaine et vallées. Cette nuit: Le ciel est bien étoilé. En début de nuit, vent de Nord-Nord-Est soufflant modérément, en basse vallée de l'Arve et Léman ; puis atténuation.

The doctor's initial medical certificate specifying the nature of the injuries, and whether or not there is an inability to ski.
The certificate confirming any action undertaken by any other party who provides assistance, specifying the reason for the action.
A copy of your social security system card or certificate.
