In the case of an accident :
You or any person acting on your behalf, must report your insured event within 8 days. Don't forget to attach the following originals to this declaration:
- The ski pass or insured pass purchase invoice, and proof of purchase of the insurance Aravis Security;
- Your bank details (SWIFT / IBAN).
- The doctor's initial medical certificate specifying the nature of the injuries, and whether or not there is an inability to ski.
- The certificate confirming any action undertaken by any other party who provides assistance, specifying the reason for the action.
- A copy of your social security system card or certificate.

Included in the insurance :
- Free first aid in France only, on and off piste, 24-hour ski rescue assistance.
- Refund of ski pass and ski lessons in the case of an accident.
- Courtesy ski hire if personel skis are broken.
- Additional guarantees (civil liability, medical expenses and legal defense...).

Included in the insurance: Covers all mountain sports activities throughout the year: skiing abroad, ski touring, hiking, summer skiing...
Sales points: Online and at the Club des Sports of La Clusaz.
- Adult Alpine skiing (born in 2010 and before): 91,40€
- Kid Alpine skiing (born in 2011 and after): 81,50€
- Family Ski Alpin (for 4 or more cards from the same tax household): 273,50€
Cancellation guarantee
Included in the guarantee : This guarantee allows you to be reimbursed for your Year or Season passes if you have not used them. No time limit during the entire validity period of the pass.
When you buy insurance with your ski pass, part of the proceeds go to the sports club of La Clusaz.
In this way, you help make it easier for young skiers in the resort to learn and train for ski racing.
